This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes

**How you will contribute**

You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

**What you need to know about this position**:
Como Sourcing Logistics & Facilities Management Manager impulsarás y liderarás el desarrollo de las operaciones de las instalaciones en las plantas de fabricación, oficinas y centros de distribución de Mondelez, incluida la definición y el despliegue de la estrategia de abastecimiento, negociaciones, cumplimiento de políticas/procesos y la gestión de las partes interesadas. Esta posición busca, en estrecha colaboración con la BU, maximizar los ahorros y el aporte de valor de las compras, observando siempre el nível de servicio de los proveedores. Serás responsable de los servicios indirectos más importantes de la compañía como waste management, cleaning, security Service, entre otros.

Tendrás como objetivos garantizar la optimización de la flota de camiones para los movimientos INBOUD y OUTBOUND cómo así también el abastecimiento de los centros de distribución internos y externos de la compañía, acompañar al negocio según necesidad de la BU ya sea con cargas de producto terminado, materia prima e insumos requeridos para la operación, brindando apoyo en la gestión de stakeholders, ejecución de negociaciones, análisis de oportunidades y apego a las políticas de MDLZ.

Experiência en industria de consumo masivo

Ingles avanzado

Manejo del paquete office avanzado
