**Sales Development Representative - Coach Paint**

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative with experience in the sports industry to spearhead our sales initiatives within this sector. This role is perfect for a professional who has a deep understanding of sports dynamics and a network of potential clients in the sports world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the identification and cultivation of new sales opportunities in the sports market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value sports clients, providing tailored presentations and demonstrations of Coach Paint, along with occasional support.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on client needs, market trends, and product enhancements.
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to guide business strategies and product development specific to sports.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report progress and forecasts to management regularly.
- Negotiate and close deals with major sports organizations, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of proven sales experience.
- 1+ years experience in the football or related industry preferred.
- Exceptional networking skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledgeable about multiple sports, our customers' personas and how they can leverage from video analysis.
- Self-motivated and adept at taking initiative to achieve the established goals.
- Prior usage of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales automation tools is desired.
- Prior experience with video editing software is a plus.
