**HR Professional: Benefits & Total Rewards**

**Benefits**:

- Manage and promote efficient HR services delivery of Benefits process.
- To enter and maintain all benefits changes and payments in GHP for the ConoSur Region, which implies maintenance of the critical IT 0015, 0014, 0392,, taking into account the local benefits policies.
- Update, maintain and manage Family Member/Dependents and education information of employee data PA in GHP system.
- Administer the health & life insurance process (Registrations, Modifications, Degistrations of Members)
- Administration the Bayer Pension Plan process (Registrations, Modifications, Degistrations of Members)
- Administration of other benefits according to the current policy, like loans.
- Generate the purchase orders needed for some Benefits processes
- Analyze modifications and impacts of changes, as well as changes of improvement in processes and in the experience of the employee
- Collaborate with HR Experts and other HR Professionals to drive the development, maintenance and improvement of designated processes and interfaces for ConoSur Countries
- Proactively identify service delivery issues by taking appropriate actions to resolve and improve quality standards and metrics (including third party KPIs).

**Compensation**:

- Sales Incentive (Revision of the information provided by the controller and check with the information approved by Compensation Expert.
- Analyze each payment and maintain in the system.
- Administration of other Bonuses to employees according to union agreement

- Advanced student or young professional of Administration or Human Resources Degree or similar
- Intermediate English level
- Administrative experience
- Learning agility and very focused on client experience and collaborative attitude,
- Digital mindset, problem-solve oriented
- Drives results, customer focus, manages complexity, self-development, collaborates
- Go Digital : Uses Data Analytics to provide insights to support better organizational and talent decision making; Seeks opportunities to leverages Data and Technology to deliver performance improvements.
- Strong networker within HR, with the ability to share and interact with regional and global HR organization, strong communications skills are required.
- Capacity for analysis, organization and planning.
- Dynamic and proactive profile.
- MS office: advanced user
- SAP: basic-middle user
