**Position Overview**:
Support Corporate Treasury and Business Units with Tax, Pro-rata, and Dividend Payments, Loans, M&A transactions, and implementation of new business models.

Manage the relationship with Banks branch managers, client service officers, financial market officers and trade officers to perform different operations (remittances, imports /exports, payments, transfers between banks, etc.)

Provide expertise and support to our Managed Service Provider on unreconciled cash entries, cashflow and month end activities

In partnership with the MSP, identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processing and reporting activities under the service scope

Manage all type of external and internal banking requests

**Bank account Governance**: Access management and revision of all banking electronic platforms. Compliance of KYC policies with banking institutions and bi-annual BIR Compliance Certification. Manage end to end Bank Account process for over 40+ banking partners, which includes opening and closing of bank accounts, completion of all regulatory and legal documents and updating data on our internal banking depository system

Manage the bank guarantee process, including submission of RFF & RFA

Review & finalize daily funding requirements, including FX trades

Prepare Manual Payment Requests within multiple platforms

Support Global Treasury projects

Support global initiatives related to process improvements

Job Requirements

4 years of Finance work experience

3 years of experience in Treasury

Leadership experience

**Technical Skills**:
Treasury

Financial Markets

Accounting (Local & US GAAP)

Financial Analytical skills

Financial and Cash Flow Planning

SAP and Office skills

Internal Controls

**Skills**:
Management Reporting; Global Initiatives; Identifying Opportunities; Process Improvements
