Closing and Reporting Lead

Primary lead of period close. Responsible for accounting activities, account reconciliation and financial analysis.
- This role is accountable for proving timely and accurate information in the HFM and Helios Financial reporting system every period close.
- Ultimately this role is responsible for making sure the information in Helios and HFM matches the information in ERP systems (SAP) and is properly reported based on Finance Manual and Accounting policies.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Perform accounting closing activities.
- Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation with quality, ensuring Finance Manual required practices are followed.
- Manage Helios period close process, to ensure timely and accurate submission of period close financials.
- Responsible for all HFM submissions; including quarterly and annual corporate reports. Lead completion of information.
- Continuously review Helios and HFM close processes to identify opportunities to implement efficiencies.
- Periodic reconciliation of P&L and Balance Sheet between SAP, HFM and Helios (key ICE control).
- Document workflow, procedures, checklists, and policies for assigned tasks.
- Support external and internal audit requests.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests.
