**Who we are looking for**:
Wunderman Thompson seeks a flexible, efficient Business Lead. We're looking for a team player. Leading a team of +140 young professionals who support Microsoft commercial and consumer business across 7 Latin American markets. Managing teams and supervising marketing strategies to ensure outstanding campaign and event planning, execution, strategy, storytelling, and impact in accordance with Microsoft objectives and processes.

**What you'll do**:

- **Change Management **| Implementing Microsoft's global Marketing Automation transition at a regional level, assessing the impact of change both for people and for processes, and coordinating readiness. Specialized in Digital Change to drive end-to-end business results.
- **Account Commercial Director **| Oversee account execution and stay alert of any opportunity to leverage Wunderman Thompson capabilities to satisfy clients needs and provide an holistic experience with the agency.
- **Finance/Budget Controller** | Responsible to daily monitor with Microsoft the budget associated to the service provided by Wunderman Thompson, managing the business internally with Finance team in order to bring clarity on spend attribution and maintain an updated P&L to review account profitability.

**Who you are**:

- **Stakeholder Management** | Building, managing, and nurturing key relationships with senior global and regional Microsoft Clients. Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the managed Clients, including escalation and troubleshooting.
- **Global Engagement** | Key focal point for Wunderman Thompson Global Directors on LATAM business for Microsoft, responsible for the overall account health and provide weekly updates on business continuity, team structure, new opportunities and challenges. Responsible for providing best practices implemented in the area to showcase to other areas for implementation.

**What you'll need**:

- Master's degree in marketing or MBA (desirable), Graduate in Advertising or Marketing with experience in account management on a big scale for multi-country areas
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) with amazing skills of communications
- A creative and strategic thinker to manage a global account with several stakeholders (internal and external)
- Budget/Finance skills with a minimum of intermediate Excel management
- Microsoft passionate with high skills using Office365
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, prioritization, decision making skills.
