**About this role**

The Americas Investigations Support role will report directly to the DXC Integrity Americas Lead Investigator and will be responsible for supporting a broad range of ethics investigations and reviews into suspected violations of law, policy, and other workplace misconduct.

**What you'll do**:

- Review data repositories for relevant information, including business transactions, personnel data, contracts, travel and expenses, financial data, and mailbox searches.
- Conduct internet research using publicly available sources.
- Collect and process other data points relevant to an investigation or case file.
- Prepare draft investigation plans.
- Assist in simple evidentiary analysis, including authoring a written summary of findings.
- Take comprehensive notes during investigative interviews and meetings.
- Participate in weekly investigation briefings with DXC Integrity executive leadership.
- Supplement the Case Management Team function by triaging complaints received through the various reporting channels managed by DXC Integrity.
- Document evidence and progression of investigation in case management system.
- Other support and basic investigative duties may be assigned at the direction of the AMS Lead Investigator, as you progress in the role.

**Who you are**
- Associate degree in law, pre-law, criminal justice, paralegal studies, accounting, business administration or equivalent in professional experience and qualifications.
- Fluency in English, Spanish Portuguese is necessary.
- Minimal of 2-4 years of corporate experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced competency with technology as it relates to investigations, and computer proficiency: Microsoft Office programs, data analysis tools, case management system, compliance-related information systems, web search tools, etc.
- Developed general knowledge and understanding of compliance-related guidelines, data privacy regulations pertaining to the handling of personal data, and criminal and civil procedure.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Able to collaborate with internal and external clients.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and planning. Able to multi-task, and shift priorities as needed.
- Proven ability to work in varying situations, from a team player approach to situations in which independence and self-motivation is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work with wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds, countries of origin, and at varying levels within the DXC corporate structure.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and respond appropriately to situations involving internal and external clients.
- Sound, proven ethical judgment is a must.
