We're looking for a person that can lead **Product Design** at Jampp.

You will be responsible for pushing Jampp user experience to the next level to make the product feel simple, easy to use and understandable. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and other partners to the needs of our customers, set design strategy, and lead the user experience vision of our core product.

You should be someone who can combine design thinking with execution. You need to be a self-starter, and have an entrepreneurial mentality, to thrive at Jampp.
- This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST)._

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

You will play a vital role
- Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating business strategy, research insights, and data into ideas that form disruptive new products and features and improving and simplifying existing workflows.
- Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly assess viability, and design the workflows and fine-grained details of interactions.
- Use design thinking to drive cross functional alignment and use storytelling to inspire the team and the organization about the team's vision and problems we are solving.
- Partner closely with cross-functional (product, engineering, and revenue) teams to regularly ship experiences that drive concrete business outcomes and solve user pain points.
- Define and maintain at scale a design system and the brand book that any department of the company can use
- Clearly understand the company objectives and translate them into creative ideas and proper tasks for the product and engineering teams to improve our offering

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Prior experience in Product Design organizations that have shipped software to users (ideally B2B), working closely with cross-functional teammates to develop the strategy and rationale for features.
- Huge plus if you've worked with distant teammates and understand the communication patterns of working with highly distributed teams.
- A learning and growth mindset : Our team size and our design process will evolve and change many times over the next few years. We strive to continuously improve and integrate what we learn — from our work and with each other.
- Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.
- Effective communicator when articulating your vision, strategy, and decisions of your design solutions
