**Why will you enjoy this new opportunity?**
As a Livefire Solutions Architect within Worldwide Readiness, Assessment, Certification, and Enablement, you will enable and mentor VMware field and partner customer-facing engineers and architects on current and next-generation VMware solutions at the enterprise level. Our customer-facing teams' confidence, technical success, and overall effectiveness will depend on this individual's efforts combined with the larger team.
Livefire was incubated ten years ago as a program to showcase the “art of the possible”. Our Solutions Architects determine ways to solve real business challenges and take that information to our audience. With input received directly from engineering and our stakeholders you will be part of a global, dynamic team that develops and delivers content in a variety of traditional and cutting edge modalities: PowerPoint, video, virtual trainer, and hands-on labs. If you are looking to develop your own skills, maximize the potential of others, and drive VMware solutions in a global role, then the Livefire team might be a great fit for you.

- After 60 days, you will be expected to fully participate in team discussions related to content: updating or creating as needed, providing feedback from attendees, and voicing your own experience and opinion.
- After 90 days you will be in a position to assist partners and field personnel with their needs outside the classroom: Statement-of-Work reviews, architecture and design assistance, reverse shadowing of customer engagements, and other assistance as needed.
- Within 6 months of joining the team, you will be expected to understand and be able to deliver all modules of one current course
