At Rappi we are passionate about making magic run through our hands every day. We believe that motivation flows throughout our ability to create each new idea. We work through agile, multi-disciplinary workflows integrating accounting, finance, commercial, operations, product and other leaders. We are looking for a BI for our team, who has a creative mind to find structured solutions to the problems we face on a daily basis and support us in the creation and maintenance of an optimised structure of our processes, tools and databases.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

- Driving and prioritizing most important company initiatives.
- Leading the development of metrics and their respective weekly tracking, leveraging Rappi’s extensive data capabilities.
- Creating business cases and financial models for initiatives aligning with company financial and strategic goals
- Defining rollout plans including execution design, necessary development in product, or important operational changes
- Identifying key stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and establish corresponding agreements between different areas
- Identifying execution risks, and finding the resources in the company to unblock
- Working closely with product or data science teams for insights that help teams get to the targets faster

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?
- Extensive project management and leadership skills including diagnosis, design and execution of diverse projects
- Experience with the design and execution of data analysis as well as leading with data-driven decision making
- Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities and timelines
- Thrives working in a very fast paced, rapidly evolving, performance driven, environment
- Exceptional problem solving skills - comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with highly complex business challenges
- Excelent communication and leadership skills, including presentations or other mediums to communication complex ideas
- Curiosity to learn and work in the start-up/tech world of LatAm
- Exceptionally strong excel modeling knowledge.
- SQL skills are a plus. Eagerness to learn a must
