AGIAMONDO is the personnel service of German Catholics for development cooperation. In the Civil Peace Service (ZFD), we offer professionals the opportunity for meaningful service in cooperation with local development actors. The ZFD is a personnel program for violence prevention and peacebuilding in crisis and conflict regions. It works for a world in which conflicts are settled without violence. Together with church and civil society partner organizations in Bosnia-Herzegovina, AGIAMONDO wants to contribute to the civil conflict resolution there and to the sustainable and just development of the country through peacebuilding measures.

**Your new field of activity - responisble and challenging**

Within the Weltkirche there is already a long-standing cooperation with partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Based on this foundation, AGIAMONDO will establish a new ZFD country program, which aims to overcome internal societal dividing lines and further strengthen world church cooperation. Through targeted support of church and church-related structures, dialog and meeting spaces will be strengthened in order to promote a conscious approach to the past, which is burdened by violence. Coordination plays a key role here. A further contribution to the reconciliation process is made by the cooperation in the interreligious master program at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Sarajevo.

As coordinators, they are largely responsible for setting up the new ZFD national program. For this purpose, you will work in close coordination with the office in Cologne. Through program development, you will contribute to the quality assurance and impact orientation of the country program, you will be the contact person for partner organizations and experts, and you will represent AGIAMONDO on site. Your place of residence and work is Sarajevo, a location with qualified multilingual educational institutions and a good infrastructure, also suitable for families with children.

In addition to the coordination work, you will also work as an integrated specialist with a job share of 50% in the interreligious master's program at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Sarajevo.

**The coordination includes the following tasks**:

- You will continuously shape and steer the set-up phase of the ZFD country program of AGIAMON-DO in dialogue with local church and partner organizations and in close coordination with the AGIAMONDO office.
- You are responsible for the annual financial planning of the country program and control the use of funds.
- They actively network the partner organizations involved in the program and promote cooperation and exchange with other relevant national and international organizations and actors.
- You accompany the ZFD specialists and partner organizations in their life and work on site.
- As a specialist, you will support the methodical implementation of the interreligious master's program at the Catholic Faculty of Theology. In particular, you will strengthen networking activities and create spaces for dialogue between religious communities.

**Your profile**
- You have several years of professional experience in international cooperation or peace work, preferably in church or civil society organizations. This also includes several years of experience abroad, preferably in Central and Eastern Europe.
- You have consulting skills and sound knowledge of program and project management, including the management of funds and experience with budget responsibility.
- You have knowledge and experience in peace work with religious actors and bring joy and interest in interreligious cooperation.
- You have diplomatic skills, well-developed abilities in intercultural, partnership-based dealings with actors and can act appropriately in a church environment and in a religious environment in general.
- You identify with the church profile of AGIAMONDO and convincingly support the goals and concerns of church development cooperation. You have very good German and English language skills and are open to learn Bosnian, Croatian or Serbian.
- You are an EU or Swiss citizen and belong to a Christian church.
