**Who we are looking for**:
**What you'll do**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for e-commerce that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the data team to align strategic recommendations with gathered insights.
- Ensure consistency of brand narratives and content strategy across all digital platforms.
- Identify key platforms and virtual communities where the brand's target audience is located.
- Monitor competitor content and market trends to generate new content ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in website management.
- Strong understanding of UTM parameters.
- Experience creating and managing QR codes for various campaigns and purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

- Previous experience in e-commerce and beauty brands.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and information.

- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tactics.
- Understanding of the beauty industry and consumer behavior.
