This position is a **12-month contract.**
**What you'll do for us**:
As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support and advising employees and managers in various areas, including:
- ** Payroll Report**: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll reports.
- ** Employee Administration and Labor Relations**: Handle employee records and labor relations issues.
- ** Internal Communications**: Develop and implement effective employee communication strategies.
- ** Organizational Design and Structure**: Support organizational design and structure planning activities.
- ** Recruiting & Onboarding**: Facilitate recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.
- ** Culture & Engagement**: Promote a positive organizational culture and engage employees.
- ** Wellbeing & Benefits**: Coordinate wellbeing programs and employee benefits.
- ** Performance Management**: Assist in the performance management process.
- ** Training and Development**: Oversee training and development initiatives.
- ** General HR Program/Policy Interpretation and Compliance**: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- ** Contract Service Workers Vendors and Requests**: Manage vendor relationships and service worker contracts.
Additionally, you will support the HR strategy by:
- Collaborating on the HR BP process.
- Suggesting proactive initiatives based on environment survey results.
- Assisting the HR Manager with OPEX analysis and control.
- Supporting the creation of an integrated communication plan.
- Encouraging the use of Yammer and promoting networked initiatives.
- Managing various transactional HR processes related to employment, benefits, HRIS, and reporting.
- Coordinating the Recognition Program in collaboration with Operational Excellence.
- Maintaining and auditing HR documents according to TCCC requirements.
- Reconciling expenses related to benefit plans and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Keeping job descriptions and evaluations up-to-date.
**What are the qualifications needed**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
