We are looking for an IT Financial Planning & Management JR. Analyst to join our team at AES.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT billing, transaction processing and several activities across IT finances.- Participate in IT activities (Analysis, Payment)- Help to ensure business users are billed for services provided to them according to agreed terms and conditions, with analyst collaboration.- Give support to IT Semi-Senior Analyst in IT financial performance.- Prepare Purchase Requisition, follow-up with Supply Chain the creation and approval of Purchase Orders, ensure supplier receives the PO, ensure large purchases are entered into the prepaid account.- Prepare and maintain documentation of all the processes executed.- Prepare Service Entry Sheets and ensure payments are executed in a correct ant timely manner after confirming with AES stakeholders that vendor services have been adequately performed.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Accounting, Economics, or Administration student (40%-50% completed)- 1+ years of financial management, accounting and/ or treasury experience in international / global companies- Intermediate English (MCAC position)- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills- Knowledge of financial management tools like SAP (nice to have)- We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent coordination and communication skills
