We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who’s excited to take on challenges and create meaningful solutions. You’ll play a key role in designing a logging system that provides critical insights into the performance and security of our products.
Here’s what you’ll work on:
- Analyze and evaluate the enterprise logging systems of our products, defining their scopes, limitations, and completeness.
- Review the security architecture and configuration of the logging system.
- Develop and implement testing protocols for log exfiltration as part of QA processes.
- Design and execute proof-of-concept tests for consuming logs using various platforms and tools both on-premises and cloud-based.
- Define and categorize log types (Audit, Operations, Security).
- Optimize the use of logging tools to automate log collection, aggregation, and reporting.
- Analyze logs to improve system performance and security.
- Ensure logs comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements for log management and security.
- Maintain compliance with log retention policies and support audits.
About you:

What makes you a great fit:
- Experience with log management and analysis tools like Splunk, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
- Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, YAML, and CSV for log processing.
- Knowledge of log ingestion and visualization tools like ELK, Prometheus/Loki, or Grafana.
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with SQL or similar querying languages.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat detection techniques.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with SIEM systems for configuration, management, or incident response is a plus.
- Experience with cloud logging solutions (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Logging) is a plus.
- Advanced written English skills.
