**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in PST timezone (finish around 8AM GMT +3 Kiev time)
- Advanced English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with global team members and stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing QA teams, demonstrating leadership in guiding and motivating team members to achieve quality goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create and optimize QA processes tailored to project requirements, exhibiting a proactive and innovative approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating skill development and growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with project objectives and industry best practices.
- Define test plans, testing methodologies, and quality metrics to ensure product excellence.
- Design, establish, and refine QA processes from scratch, ensuring efficient testing practices that adapt to evolving project needs.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive the implementation of innovative solutions.
- Monitor defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues to maintain product integrity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement of QA practices.
