**Position Summary**

**Johnson & Johnson New Planned Consumer Health Company **is recruiting for a SR PACKAGING ANALYST, located in **Pilar, Argentina**.

This plenum position will be responsible for leading packaging development projects for existing products in Argentina. It's a key position that will lead CIP (Cost Improvement Projects) projects and provide direct support to the liquids/toiletries plant, as well as for EM (External Manufacturing) sites. It will act on both Strongholds and Essentials packaging components, leading packaging initiatives on technologies such as bottles, caps, tubes, labels, and laminated flexible films, as well as to drive simplicity on current processes for the region. **Key Responsibilities**
- Plans, designs, and conducts complex packaging development plans and analyzes and interprets the results
- Build a strong supporting and collaborative role with the manufacturing sites driving partnership on execution
- Designs, develops, and coordinates validation of package components and packaging processes
- Support process improvement or task teams improving on simplicity of existing procedures
- Directs major sections of new package development projects
- Determines packaging methods and techniques and adapts standard methods to meet variations
- Utilizes technical expertise, comprehensive work experience, complex and diverse package engineering knowledge to generate valid creative solutions

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial, Production or Material Engineering
- At least 4 years of research and development experience
- Capacity to critically evaluate and determine development plans
- Desire to technically support team colleagues
- Have a leadership mindset to drive a collaborative attitude to the team
- Open-minded and creativity to understand current processes and challenge the status quo
- Desired to have proficient knowledge of Spanish and English
- Availability to attend short travelling needs to suppliers and EMs, both nationally and internationally
