**Main Purpose**
- Being responsible for the design, creation an implementation of the external stakeholder’s network of Argentina Carbon Value Chain, leading Carbon business development and Pro Carbono alliances to delivery benefit to growers participant of the program.

**Your mission will be to**
- Development and implement several alliances of real benefits to growers, starting from a high level approach with senior leadership of the companies, and then developing together short and long plan to the alliances in Argentina aligned with Latam Region.
- Create value proposal for the companies and co-branded actions to ensure the adhesion and high engagement of them with a differentiated offer.
- Define with the partnerships the industry standards to create benefits and what type of evidence, systems or data is required to move forward with alliances, for example, create a ESG criteria to rating growers, and then get all the evidence, to then offer a new alliance with Rabobank.
- Supporting Business Development by contacting and accessing Multinationals related to agri value chain, leading the customization of the portfolio, shaping it into offers/projects, ensuring a successful commercial front with these companies with partnerships contracts with clear phases, goals, deliverables, costs and revenue.

- Ability to propose and make tangible ideas, with the construction and structuring of projects and pilots, aligning the value for "client" and the experience for each one involved in the pilots.
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree. Masters preferred (agronomy, engineering, business, marketing or related field preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Field experience is a differential.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese (listening) is a differential.
