**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

The Marketing Coordinator is a newly established role within the International Marketing Team, integral to our international growth efforts & goals. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Team to increase brand awareness for Virgin Pulse and drive quality leads to our International Sales Teams via multi-channel, multi-touch digital campaigns.

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Supporting the launch & performance of lead generation campaigns to maximise demand for Virgin Pulse Internationally
- Together with the Team, plan & launch activity to help build the Virgin Pulse brand in International markets
- Assist the marketing team across a range of projects as well as work independently on special projects and requests
- Work closely with International Sales to research and understand our diverse focus regions, ensuring campaigns are not only translated but localised and adapted to maximise relevance and engagement
- Measure campaign performance across focus metrics & pipeline generation to ensure activity is directly yielding positive pipeline performance
- Supporting the International Sales Teams with events/conference organisation as required
- Present International campaign activity and performance at weekly marketing meetings, International get togethers and other meetings as required
- Continually explore, assess and launch new initiatives to increase targeting, engagement & conversion of international leads & prospects
- Assist the Marketing Team with lead processing, handling and reporting as required
- Coordinate the translation requirements for the design & Product Marketing Teams to ensure all deadlines are met
- Liaise with sales teams globally to ensure translation requirements and preferences in each region are met
- Manage quality expectations and address any issues surrounding translations to ensure a fast resolution
- Manage the translations budget to ensure cost-effective outcomes & reconcile invoices that relate to any translation work
- Ad-hoc Marketing tasks & business support

Qualifications:

- Marketing degree or equivalent tertiary education
- 1-2 years’ marketing experience - ideally in a global marketing role
- Savvy with online marketing platforms used to manage content, campaigns & leads e.g., Hubspot & Salesforce
- Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, HTML, market research survey tools, a plus
- Must know and understand advanced features of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HTML and be comfortable with web-based tools and collaboration technologies
- B2B marketing experience is preferential
- Strong verbal & written communications skills, particularly with International stakeholders
- An understanding of cultural differences with relation to marketing communications
- Passionate about audience targeting via multi-channel campaigns
- Previous experience in working with external vendors/agencies
- Highly organised with exceptional eye for detail
- Creative & analytical - willing to contribute to campaign ideas & feedback on creative output
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong cross functional relationships
