IT Bootcamp es nuestro programa de capacitación regional para UX Content Writers que quieran sumarse al enorme desafío de desarrollar la plataforma tecnológica líder en América Latina. Es una gran oportunidad para aquellas personas que están buscando su primera experiência profesional como UX Content Writer.
Quienes hayan atravesado exitosamente todo el proceso de selección serán parte del programa. Desde el primer día, pasarán a trabajar como UX Content Writer, mediante un contrato, y se incorporarán a proyectos estratégicos. Durante los primeros meses, tendrán la oportunidad de vivir un plan intensivo de entrenamiento en el stack tecnológico de Mercado Libre, totalmente diseñado y creado por nuestros referentes técnicos. Conocerán las habilidades que componen la creación de un producto digital: user experience, user research y UX writing. También aprenderán a manejar las principales herramientas técnicas que se utilizan en la creación de los productos de Mercado Libre, con metodologías enfocadas en ofrecer la mejor experiência de usuario. Al final del curso, estarán en el nível adecuado para trabajar con nuestro equipo, como integrantes de proyectos estratégicos.

- Participar en la creación y mejora de productos de punta a punta, en conjunto con un equipo interdisciplinario.
- Organizar tus prioridades, junto a tu líder, para lograr un flujo de trabajo eficiente y desarrollar todo tu potencial.

**Requisitos:
- Ser estudiante en etapa intermedia o avanzada de carreras como Comunicación, Periodismo, Marketing, Letras, o haber finalizado cursos de escritura UX, redacción para contenidos digitales o similares.
- Contar con un máximo de 2 años de experiência laboral en roles de contenido.
- Manejar diferentes piezas digitales de comunicación como mails, landing, push, contar con conocimientos básicos en tecnología y UXW de procesos de diseño centrado en el usuario.
- Residir en cualquier ciudad de Argentina.
