Lilac Solutions is seeking an effective, proactive, self-motivated team player to join us as one of our Site Operations Supervisor, reporting to the Operations Manager Argentina. This is a rotational role, co-responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operation of a brine well drilling site, ensuring that operations are carried out on time, within safety parameters, and according to assigned plans, procedures, and budget.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with the daily operations of the site, supervising the execution of the work of Lilac personnel and third parties, within the established project plan timeline.
- Monitor equipment operation and preventive maintenance to minimize interruptions in the operation and ensure the operational efficiency of the site
- Coordinate own and third parties site activities.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics team, overseeing resources transportation, delivery and storage, to optimize the use of resources assigned to the site.
- Collaborate with the environmental area, supporting the implementation of measures that help minimize the environmental impact of site operations, including supervision of waste management and recovery.
- Supervise and provide general guidance to the personnel assigned to the site, promoting safe work culture, effective communication, teamwork and professionalism,
- Generate a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting respectul relationships with local communities workers and providers.
- Monitor correct usage of materials and equipment, PPE and health & safety regulations, in order to minimize risks, waste, and maximize the use of resources assigned to the site.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, from those related to productive activity, to equipment maintenance, incidents, and other information relevant to site operation. Prepare reports and communicate accurately and on timely manner.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities, cost reduction, or streamline of processes and procedures within the site.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mining, geology, geography, health and safety, or related fields, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience supporting mining, oil&gas or related operations. Lithium industry experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of local and regional (NOA) local communities landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams. Third party/contractor legal documentation control system (Exactian or similar) a plus
- Strong communication skills, with proven ability to tailor message to specific audiences and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on rough terrain
- Attention to detail

**Preferred Skills**
- A Demonstrated ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of NOA region lithium extraction regulations.
- Strong ability to comprehend and adapt to different cultural situations and perspectives.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
