**How will you make an impact in this role?**

We are looking for collaborators with a taste for constant complex and challenging situations, with strong communication and analytical skills. Decision making and problem solving are key to offer the best suited solutions to our customers, and we strive to offer an exceptional customer service. Attention to detail and adaptability to learn and assimilate new information quickly are also key to this role.

This position will be part of American Express Consumer Strategic Planning Team and will be responsible for designing a robust data framework for Consumer Marketing to support the decision-making process regarding campaigns and other investment allocations to drive business growth.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analyze current reporting structure within Consumer Marketing Team and seek to Standardize and Scale it up through automation and self-service functionalities (Online Tableau Server).
- Collaborate with business partners to create new reporting within the Tableau platform that is currently unavailable.
- Work with trusted partners within other teams and LOBs.
- Perform deep dive analyses and provide recommendations/insights to key stakeholders.
- Provide reporting daily as well as on-demand to different stakeholders within Consumer Marketing Team.
- Develop new dashboards, perform testing, data validation, create required documentation.
- Research external competitors to bring new ideas with an innovation mindset.
- Provide proactive feedbacks to increase and robustness’s the reporting & analytics ecosystem.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Expert knowledge and experience with SQL, Cornerstone and Hive.
- Knowledge of Python a strong plus
- Knowledge of management KPIs & reports building using Tableau Tool.
- Highly numerate with strength in accuracy & attention to detail in a high output & speed environment.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform deep dive analyses of key performance indicators and provide solutions/recommendations.
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proactive, self-motivated and have the will to win.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across organizational lines and at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and nurture shared ownership in process/project and business goals.
