**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

The Demo Account Consultant plays an integral role as a key partner to our Solutions Consulting team. This individual will support completion of cases efficiently and with quality. The Demo Account Consultant will be a resource for the teams they support and provide guidance on configuration best practices, as needed.

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Maintains a strong working knowledge of all aspects of all Virgin Pulse solutions.
- Handles the back-end setup, configuration, and file processing as needed for submitted cases.
- Works with Solution Consulting team to determine the optimal member experience for each prospect and/or client.
- Aligns to ongoing shift schedule set by Demo Account Consultant team.
- Responds to and resolves routine requests and questions.
- Seeks assistance from management with questions that are more complex or out of scope of role.
- Collaborate with other team members to continually improve processes to become more efficient.
- Performs special projects as requested.
- You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in._

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related discipline.
- 1-3 years of professional work experience in configuration, member services, or similar field
- Salesforce experience preferred.
