PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES_**:
The role of Data Management and Landscape Transformation (DMLT) within SAP is to advise our customers in strategy definition, conceptual planning and the realization of their business and technological transformation requirements. The solution portfolio varies from complex restructurings, consolidations, migrations, to system decommissioning for both, SAP and non-SAP environments in combination with DMLT owned software.

SAP’s new flagship S/4HANA is increasing the demand to our solutions tremendously.

To facilitate this strategy in LA, SAP LAC Solution Delivery Center is looking for experienced professionals in all areas of SAP systems with a strong functional & development background.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS_**:
Main tasks would be:

- Configure the DMLT (former SLO) Tools and execute migrations or transformations in Customer systems, for services like Chart of Account conversion, Fiscal Year Changes, Currency conversions, Company Code Merge/Split, Controlling Area Merge/Split, Cost Center conversion, Renames, etc.
- Provide consulting services: demonstrate the ability to set up and deliver “DMLT projects” (collaborate with the planning, run and participate in the whole project, participate in workshops, meetings, etc.) in collaboration with other consulting and development colleagues.
- Conduct scoping analyses and support to plan the required solution approach for Customers.
- Maintain and contribute to service development (enhance SLO tools & services).

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES_**:

- Knowledge and implementation experience in ERP FI & CO modules (SAP Certification is a plus).
- Technical driven:

- Able to read ABAP code, debugging, manage interfaces, is a plus.
- Good understanding of FI/CO data structure (main tables and fields and their relationship).
- Good understanding of Organizational Structure, Master and Transactional Data.
- Infrastructure and Database basic concepts.
- Knowledge of data migration/integration solutions or System Landscape Optimization (SLO) is a strong asset.
- Interpersonal skills and competencies:

- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish skills.
- Good written and spoken Portuguese skills is a plus.
- University degree (graduated is a plus).
- Good communications/ presentation skills.
- Availability to travel.
- Experience working in international customer projects is a plus.
- High customer focus.
- Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution focus.
- High drive & self-starter/-motivated.
- Business acumen.

WORK EXPERIENCE_**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in implementing SAP ERP or supporting running SAP ERP implementations at customer site, as a functional consultant.
- Interfaces, Data migration and conversion projects experience is a plus.
