**¿Qué desafíos te esperan como Python Developer?**
- Escribir código eficiente, reusable y testeable con Django
- Diseñar e implementar aplicaciones con buena performance, de baja latencia y alta disponibilidad
- Integrar el backend con elementos desarrollados por el equipo de frontend utilizando APIs RESTful
- Implementar medidas de seguridad y protección de datos
- Estimar tareas y participar en la definición de producto con el resto del equipo

**Conocimientos y habilidades que valoramos**:

- Experiência mínima de tres años trabajando con Django o frameworks similares
- Entender y crear diferentes esquemas de bases de datos que representen y den soporte al proceso de negocio, particularmente en Postgres y MySQL
- Comprender y aplicar los principios fundamentales para diseñar una aplicación web escalable
- Ser capaz de integrar múltiples bases de datos (u otras fuentes de datos) en un único sistema
- Sólidos conocimientos en: Python 3.x. ; OOP, GNU/Linux; Debugging y unit testing

Conocimientos generales sobre:

- Tecnologías de frontend como JavaScript, HTML5 y CSS3
- Autenticación y autorización entre múltiples sistemas, servidores y entornos
- Las necesidades de una app mobile y una app web, y optimizar los recursos a consumir en dichas plataformas
- Bases de datos no relacionales, particularmente Redis y ElasticSearch
- Git y Gitflow
- Dominio básico de inglés

**Es un plus que tengas**:

- Título terciario / universitario en carrera vinculada a Sistemas
- Experiência con metodologías ágiles
- Conocimientos de cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Manejo de Fabric y Puppet
- Experiência utilizando Celery
- Conocimientos en event-driven programming con Python
