**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Professionals in this specialty are engaged in the operational aspects of Kyndryl's separation and off-boarding programs. The mission of the offboarding process is to initiate all activities that are required to support the separation of an employee from Kyndryl in a timely manner and in accordance with local regulations and Kyndryl standards. Success in offboarding is primarily measured in three areas that directly impact timely payouts: on time submission by managers, separation documentation filing, on-time submission to payroll. This requires to understand metric reporting and have the ability to adapt to HR tools like Workday, Human Resources Management System (HRMS), and Global Offboarding Tool (GOT).

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for HR payroll payments in Argentina and Offboarding process (including employees and taxes).

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Excel
- Knowledge of Payroll and Offboarding Process
- Knowledge of Accounting Processes

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- English and Legal knowledge of HR
