**Scheduling Operations Analyst**

**Job Summary**:
This is a remote work opportunity. As the Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of all ABA therapists and speech therapists at our practice. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that all appointments are scheduled efficiently and in accordance with client needs and therapist availability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate schedules for ABA therapists and speech therapists using Google Calendar
- Managing the scheduling of appointments, including scheduling new clients and rescheduling missed appointments
- Align staffing needs with the specific requirements and preferences of clients to have a smooth operation on a daily basis using Google Forms and Google Sheets
- Communicate with clients and therapists using Gmail to confirm and adjust appointments as needed
- Monitor therapist availability and schedule appointments accordingly using Google Calendar
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and therapist availability using Google Sheets
- Collaborate with clinical the team using Google Drive to ensure that client needs are met and appointments are scheduled efficiently
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating events and workshops for clients and therapists using Google Calendar and Google Forms
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed using various tools within the Google Workspace suite

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- **Must have Scheduling and Staffing experience**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (including Google Calendar, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Gmail)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ABA therapy and/or speech therapy a plus, but not required
- **Must be able to work on Pacific Standard Time zone**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,066.00 per hour

- Quilmes, Buenos Aires: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
