Requisitos:
With a minimum experience of 3 years in the position, in charge of supporting the different administrative processes operations and purchases. Must have knowledge of Office tools (advanced Excel), filing, exporting, logistics, accounting, document preparation, and experience in banking processes.
Actividades a realizar:

- Customer service
- Preparation of quotes
- Follow-up of purchase orders
- Export processes
- Preparation of reports
- Communication with suppliers
- Shopping
- Database development
- Travel management
- Other administrative functions
- Contact with financial entities.
- Upload invoices to the system.
- Control

of payments, both to suppliers, parafiscal and taxes.
- Cost control.
- Sales reports.
Ofrecemos:
