La posición es para trabajar para activamente en la gestión de Proyectos de Arquitectura Empresarial, Desarrollo de Producto (software), Implementación de Soluciones de Software, Servicios de Soporte, Consultoría de Procesos.
- Ser facilitador de la Práctica de Project Management en todos los ámbitos donde deba desempeñarse. Promover el uso de métodos, prácticas y herramientas.
- Se requiere experiência proyectos hibridos, agiles y tradicionales
- Se requiere experiência en manejo de JIRA.
- Definir la estrategia general del proyecto. Planificar y ejecutar el mismo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del modelo de gobierno.
- Reportar a los stakeholders el status de hitos e indicadores claves de performance del proyecto.
- Gestionar y liderar eficaz y eficientemente los recursos que le son asignados para la ejecución del proyecto.
- Garantizar el feedback sistemático para cada integrante del proyecto vigente, durante el transcurso del mismo en términos de habilidades duras y blandas.
- Garantizar la gestión de riesgos y el análisis de desvíos, así como también la calidad a partir de propuestas de mejora con metodología estructurada.
- Asegurar la documentación vinculada al proyecto.
- Interactuar activamente con los clientes del proyecto y las áreas soporte con el objetivo de generar una red de contactos fluida que permita la colaboración interáreas.
- Promover el cambio cultural impulsando una cultura de feedback, aprendizaje y mejora continua en todos los níveles de la organización (retrospectivas / lecciones aprendidas).
- Seguimiento diario del Backlog
- Prevención de Issues
- Análisis de KPI, revisión de consumo de horas por tareas, microanálisis de tareas de avance
- Macro y Micro análisis del servicio, control de horarios, manejo de incidentes, armado y mejoras de troubleshootings, manejo de métricas, presentaciones del estado del servicio, implementación de nuevas actividades de desarrollo proactivo, encargado de capacitación de nuevos integrantes, análisis y desarrollos ante casos complejos.
- Habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad para colaborar y presentar sus ideas de forma clara y efectiva con el resto del equipo,
la empresa y el cliente.
- Lugar de residencia: Cualquier ciudad de Argentina
