We are looking for a 100% remote Recruiter to join our company
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate interview schedule and recruiting activities to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team in creating and executing effective hiring strategies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines, or advanced student in these areas.
- 1 year experience in recruitment and selection related functions.
- Ability to be adaptable to work in a dynamic environment and face multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Responsible and organized, with attention to detail in managing processes and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
