Controlling Assistant

Your Role**:Assist Controlling Department to provide Financial support management with accurate and timely information. Act as support to the various Business Units (Air Logistics / Sea Logistics / Overland / Contract Logistics / Insurance Brokers in all Controlling matters. Assisting in the formulation and follow up of Internal Control Systems to comply with Company Policies and best practices**
Your Responsibilities**:

- Support Controlling department using Corporate Standard and Locally Developed Reports to measure BU´s Performance on main KPIs
- Support on Month End Closing tasks related to Controlling
- Consolidation and Analysis of Main KPIs. (Preparation and follow up of KPI Indicators according to Company Policies in order to Analyze Business Results and recommend improvements and modifications)
- Complete Monthly ICS (Internal Control Systems) according to FSL Guidelines for SEC Cluster. Ensure complete documentation for Audit Purposes
- Support on elaboration and follow up of best Estimate Rolling Forecast (Quarterly) and Budgeting Process (Annually). Contribute with information to measure company performance in order to reach established goals
- Complete Centers P&Ls requested by HR for Hiring of new Personnel
- Bring assistance to Controlling Department on Specific Project that might arise
- Participate in all campaigns and trainings, and other activities related to QSHE
- Actively Cooperate in the achievement of the environmental objectives communicated by the QSHE Department
- Promote team-work within Finance Team and other departments
**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- University Degree in Finances or alike
- Packet Office knowledge
- Intermediate English
