**BOM (Bill of Materials) Engineer**:
The Engineering and Manufacturing BOM Specialist will oversee the creation, validation, and management of Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM). This role involves leading product commission meetings, managing BOM data integrity, supporting technical evolutions, and ensuring the alignment of manufacturing and engineering requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Engineering BOM (EBOM)**:

- **Ensure Nomenclature Quality**:Maintain and improve the quality and completeness of study nomenclature through control tools such as CCF and ICONE.
- **Support Technical Evolutions**:Assist with high part coding evolutions, technical diversity creation, and colored nomenclature updates.
- **Coordinate with PCL**:Support PCL coordination meetings and provide necessary EBOM information to stakeholders and partners.

**Manufacturing BOM (MBOM)**:

- **Build and Update MBOM**:Construct and update the complete vehicle manufacturing BOM; ensure accurate representation of assembly nomenclature.
- **Develop Reference Tables**:Create and maintain reference tables to support BOM management and integration.
- **Ensure BOM Coherence**:Verify coherence between manufacturing nomenclature and engineering studies; address discrepancies and ensure alignment.
- **Quality and Completeness Checks**:Utilize control tools (e.g., OCS54) to ensure the quality and completeness of the manufacturing BOM; address and resolve anomalies.
- **Manage Completeness**:Relaunch and coordinate with Base/Organe/Module actors to ensure completeness of the BOM within the full vehicle perimeter.
- **Communicate Nomenclature Changes**:Provide clear communication regarding BOM evolutions, including updates and changes to partners through DANs or other documents.
- **Configure Tracking Indicators**:Set up and manage tracking and pilot indicators for BOM evolution and status.
- **Analyze Anomalies**:Review and analyze systemic anomalies reported by factory flows and Assembly Metier; address Port-it anomalies identified during pre-series manufacturing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Proven experience in BOM management, engineering change processes, and manufacturing processes within a similar industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in SAP 3DCOM and PLM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Experience with control tools such as CCF, ICONE, and OCS54.
