Under the guidance of the Head of Digital, the incumbent will oversee the operational management of our wellness-focused online platforms, including video and social media presences. This entails achieving key performance indicators related to audience growth, engagement, and revenue-generating content.
Your duties will encompass initiating, refining, disseminating, and overseeing a diverse array of content across various digital channels to meet our daily engagement objectives.
You'll spearhead the generation of superior SEO content—brainstorming concepts, crafting headlines, and producing articles that bolster audience numbers and financial gains for our partners.
Leverage analytical insights for content optimization and strategic planning contributions.
Provide support in producing and managing editorial content online, stepping in for digital team members as necessary.
In your capacity as the primary contact for our brand's digital presence, you'll coordinate with the social media coordinator to engage our community effectively, ensuring content resonates with our audience across different platforms and drives traffic back to our main site.
Engage with our audience across multiple platforms, offering a mix of informative and entertaining content.
Partake in and represent our brand at various professional and internal gatherings.
Adhere to precise and demanding timelines.
**About You**:
- With 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within digital roles in the health and lifestyle sector, you have a proven passion for content creation and strategy.
- Your approach is driven by data, with a strong command over analytics to guide strategy implementation.
- Experienced in curating content for lifestyle brands, you maintain a balance between digital demands and brand aesthetics.
- Expertise in SEO, capable of devising compelling headlines tailored to specific stories, using keyword and audience insights.
- Versatile across all major social media platforms, you're adept at engaging audiences and staying abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, and familiar with WordPress.
- You're an effective communicator, capable of collaborating with various teams, and possess the initiative to manage diverse projects under tight deadlines.
**Salary**: Up to $1,500,000.00 per month
