Role Summary:
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Inspect mechanical parts and assemblies.

Retrieval of drawings from various drawing/drafting systems.

Respond to investigate, track and close customer complaints and trouble reports. Including the issuing and tracking of Return Material Authorizations.

Processing of data into the NCR database. Processing of data obtained from the manufacturing process.

Review and approve material certifications for chemical and physical properties and inspect documents required on purchased materials.

Complete required reports and quality documents.

**Requirements**:
High School graduate or equivalent with a minimum of three years machine shop, quality control, or related experience (i.e. trade school, apprentice school training, etc.)

Experience/knowledge working with measuring devices.

Capable of calculating basic mathematical functions including computation of rate, ratio and percent.

Self-Starter attitude and work ethic.

Must be able to work with mínimal supervision.

Work overtime when required.

Capable of reading and interpreting mechanical machining and assembly drawings.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret bills of materials, parts lists and material specifications.

Ability to review, analyze and disposition non-conforming material.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

High level of analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
