**Description and Requirements**:
The Renewal team Data Analyst is a critical role that will work and collaborate with the Renewal team to achieve the highest level of data accuracy and ensure the high level of performance for ISG Contract renewals. The Data Analyst will work to curate and cultivate data to better manage the Renewal business. A critical element with be the management and validation of Renewal Contact information. Using all data sources, org contacts, and tools to maintain accurate renewal contact data. The Data Analyst will also work to help the Renewal team prepare for upcoming quarter and reporting on performance within the quarter by both the Distributors/Partner and the Internal Renewal team.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Oversight - review maintain data connection, sources, and links to key data repositories. Maintain reporting tools to ensure the highest level of accuracy an availability of data for reporting and analysis.
- Quarterly Prep (Direct and Indirect)
- Direct Renewals
- Load all direct opportunities in D365 in advance of quarter start
- Aggregate Warranty Exit information by customer to identify Renewal/Warranty Exit combined opportunities for upcoming qtr.
- Indirect Renewals
- Validation of Renewal Dashboard
- Warranty Exit for Distributors, aggregate and summarize data by customer in upcoming quarter (90 days). Present Warranty Exit opportunities for
- In Quarter Prep & Reporting
- Track Distributors renewal performance, look for trends and issues and develop recommended action in collaboration with Channel Renewal Lead.
- Track Renewal Team performance trends and issues, develop recommendations and present to Renewal Team Manager
- Contact Information qualifying
- Ensure accurate contact data for all renewals. Leverage all data sources to identify most current and accurate contact data.
- Leverage all known data sources, including services contact data, CRM data, and leverage Account Executive contacts/relationships, and other tools (linked in, zoom info) to provide the most current and accurate Renewal Contact data for each renewal.
- Reassignment and tracking of Renewals. As renewals are reassigned to new Distributors /Partners Data Analyst will track movement and trend conversion performance looking for successes, trends, and issues.
- End of Service Life review prior to quarter start. Review EOS data to identify contracts with EOS systems that may need be an exception to existing EO approvals, or for systems that are no longer approved for EOS exception.

**_ Job Requirements:_**
- _ 5 - 7 years Data Analyst experience providing analytical reporting and business insight_
- _Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills_
- _Demonstrated ability to partner with peers, senior management and other functional groups_
- _ - Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - balance multiple projects / initiatives_
- _Superior communication skills (English) - oral, written and presentation skills with leadership and peers_
- _Ability to solve problems and think outside the box_
- _Strong relationship building skills - collaborates effectively with others_
- _Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment; able to work proactively and autonomously_
- _Superior skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required_
- _Experience working in Dynamics 365 CRM would be valuable_
- _Experience working in Qlik would be valuable_
- _Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or business related area required_
