As one of the most experienced Salesforce PDO and consulting partners, Aquiva Labs helps customers bring their Salesforce AppExchange vision to life and deliver solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. We leverage our strategic relationship with Salesforce to equip organizations with expert knowledge, as well as implement our existing in-depth understanding of architectures, technology stacks, and partners to guide our customers through the complex AppExchange process and Digital Transformation initiatives._
**Salesforce Developer - Full-time**
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer (from Colombia) to join our team who has an insatiable desire to learn, an ability to drive projects from idea to completion, and a knack for finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- **_This role is to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST - Timezone)._**
Responsibilities & Duties
- _Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their objectives and craft elegant solutions for their critical workflows._
- _Partner with other developers and project managers on the Business Systems team to execute initiatives._
- _Capable of reviewing code written by others, suggest improvements and implement them._
- _Manage fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environment to deliver the most impactful solutions to business stakeholders._
- _Demonstrate and promote high standards in elegant system architecture and clean, efficient code with appropriate coverage of unit tests, as well as clear documentation._
- _Co-create scalable development tooling frameworks to create consistent delivery of high quality releases._
- _Co-create a long-term strategic roadmap and drive strategic initiatives for our Salesforce implementation._
Qualifications & Skills
- _Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience._
- _Salesforce Certified Platform Developer skilled with Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, SOAP- or REST-based web services, batch processes and SOQL._
- _Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, and other CI/CD pipelines._
- _Experience working within a defined SDLC process._
- _Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and service-oriented architecture._
- _Works in a fast-paced environment managing multiple competing priorities._
- _Translates business needs to technical solutions with a willingness to identify and solve challenging problems, from planning to execution to delivery._

- _Collaborative team member with communication skills._
- _Experience working with CPQ._
