Do you want to use your energy to change the world? As an **Agile Coach** you will be responsible for helping the different IT organizations to transition into Agile mindset and best practices. Your role will include team launch, training and coaching using different frameworks, working with multiple teams within the organization.

**You will have the opportunity to**:

- Invest time with the team / leadership to understand their needs, problems, and wants
- Devise a strategy to transform teams and organizations
- Train the team on Agile mindset and practices
- Support the team to identify and develop metrics towards to continuous improvement, making value delivery visible to management and business stakeholders
- Mentor people across widely varying levels and roles
- Assist in the implementation of Agile at Scale

**What we look for in you**:

- Bachelor degree (or close to graduating) in Software Engineering, System Engineering, Computing Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Analysis or similar
- 2+ Years Agile Team Coaching Experience or as Release Train Engineer
- Advanced verbal and written communication English skills
- Continuous learning mindset
- Work experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Natural Leadership with positive attitude
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Work experience in Agile Implementation
- Ability to enable Team Launch

**It is a plus if you**:

- Have prior experience working with a global team
- Hold Agile certifications (e.g. CSM, CSPO, CSP and SPC)
- Have the ability to share experience on user stories and requirements gathering
- Are effective at Technical Coaching (e.g. DevOps)
- Have worked with Team Foundation Server for Agile Work Planning
