International Trade Coordinator

Be Responsible for supervising Foreign Trade operations, administrative management of funds.

As our new International Trade Coordinator, you will ensure the fluidity of each operation by providing initial support to possible setbacks, define and review weekly indicators, identify and communicate situations that require intervention

The scope of this role will cover Argentina and Brazil directly for Hempel.

This is what you can look forward to
- Administrative management of duns and controls over them
- Development and implementation of new projects
- Continuous improvement projects
- Promoting iniciatives with other functions and countries
- Ensure continuous improvement terms of international trade management
- Prepare annual budget for the international trade department
- propose optimizations to our logistics footprint to improve cost

Requiered Quialifications
- 3 years of experience in similar positions in the coatings industry
- Experienced in logistics in Region (DOT regulations), Haz Mat shipping, Freight Management (FTL. LTL) Traffic and delivery
- Bachelor's degree in international trade or logistics
- Proficient english level (Portuguese is a plus)
- Knowledge in HSE&S operational excellence, continuos improvement systems and tools
