As a Skilled Pretty Waitress at Endless Cafe, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your charming demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail will ensure that every customer has an enjoyable and memorable experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor tables to anticipate guests’ needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next service.
- Collaborate with the rest of the staff to ensure smooth operation and exceptional service.
- Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and restaurant promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
- Attractive, well-groomed appearance with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
