- Título o estudiante avanzado en Licenciatura en Turismo o Tecnicatura en Administración Hotelera (no excluyente).
- Capacidad de escucha y resolución de problemas. Excelentes habilidades comunicativas.
- Conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de gestión hotelera.
- Perfil proactivo, responsable, cordial, con gran atención al detalle y calidad.
- Dominio de idioma inglés.
