Summary: This position is responsible for reviewing all demand and planning production of finished goods based off that demand.

Responsibility:

- Plan all production according to demand needs
- Schedule production batches for stock items and order items into the ERP system based on actual orders, stock reorder levels and sales demand forecast
- Work with the Raw Material Planner to ensure that all materials needed to complete each weekly schedule are on site prior to publishing the schedule to the production team
- Work with QC department to request various batch size masters based on customer orders or tank capacity availability in the factory
- Work with the production team in regards to last minute schedule changes, expedited batches for special orders and expedited fill instructions for special orders.
- Work with Customer Care representatives in coordinating when finished good products will be available to ship to external customers
- Assist in entering new finished good, raw material and packaging code information in to AX
- Maintain Master Data
- Compare Sales Forecast to Demand to ensure all demands are scheduled for production
- Assist in Physical Inventory, FG and RM
- Prepare monthly reports as needed
- Present the Production plan to the appropriate departments
- Review and ensure Reorder levels (Minimums) for stock are updated on a regular basis

Qualifications:

- High School diploma
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain
- Microsoft Office required
- MS Dynamics AX a plus
- Excellent Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Problem solving capabilities
- Multi-tasking and capability to work under stress
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Fluent in English
