**How Do You Fit In?**

We are looking for a **Partnerships Operations Assistant**. The main purpose of this position is to support our team in product gifting and community management.

The position will report to the **Senior Manager, Partnerships**.

**Responsibilities**
- Fulfill high-volume of product orders with a high level of accuracy and within a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Schedule approved Facebook community posts
- Monitor shared inbox for community questions and requests
- Field and cascade community complaints, questions, etc to the appropriate stakeholders and reply in a timely manner
- Track and report on competitor brand highlights
- Day to day administrative duties.

**Required Skills**:

- **Excellent communication skills and proficient in English (written & oral)**
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy with data entry
- Ability to stay organized and able to juggle multiple requests and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and social media platforms
- Enthusiastic with a friendly, positive attitude
- Thrive working independently in fast-paced, changing environments

**Salary**: 1300Usd monthly
