**The position and your daily adventures**

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join our team and collaborate in developing great services, using the latest tech aimed at building excellent and high-performing new features to revolutionize the sector. This is a full-time remote position in Argentina.

**What you can expect**:

- Design, build, test and maintain robust, scalable and efficient backend services, working with modern frameworks.
- Use the best practices and high quality standards in order to achieve high performance, reliability and efficiency.
- Implement and work with observability systems on the services you will be collaborating on.
- Maintain: test, monitor, check and improve services you will be collaborating on.

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming.
- Proven experience as a backend Python developer, with expertise in frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Solid experience with high-concurrency microservices.
- Experience implementing and integrating services via APIs; experience with Kafka is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI models, such as LLMs or LangChain, is a bonus.
- Familiarity with observability tools (metrics, alerts) is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Motivated to continue learning, reseach and stay updated on the latest technologies.
