Responsible for working with stakeholders to understand their business needs related to human resources (HR) processes and system integrations, and then translating those needs into technical requirements within the Workday platform. Specifically, this role will be responsible for working with Payroll and HR teams as well as IT resources both internal and external to document, execute and test integrations designed to transfer HR and Payroll data to third party Payroll platforms. Role will also be responsible for creating advanced reports and dashboards as needed by HR teams.
**Key Responsibilities**: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with HR/Payroll stakeholders to gather system requirements. Specifically, around Workday integrations with external payroll vendors as well as advanced reports and dashboards. System Configuration : Understand Workday system configuration based on business requirements, including setting up organizational structures, compensation plans, benefits, and other HR processes. Work with HRIS team on configuration needed to support payroll integrations. Reporting : Understand the Workday ad-hoc reporting platform. Ability to write advanced, matrix, composite and trending reports as well as incorporate them into Workday dashboards. Knowledge in calculated fields preferred. Data Analysis : Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Experience with data transformation as well as knowledge using Workday Enterprise Integration Builder to mass load data. Testing and Validation : Develop test plans, execute testing activities, and ensure that system changes meet business requirements and are error-free. Experience with ALM Octane or equivalent experience with test management software solution. Training and Support : Provide training to end-users on how to use Workday functionalities effectively and offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance. Documentation : Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents, user guides, process flows, and configuration documents to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency. Stakeholder Communication : Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

**Requisitos**:
**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Workday Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Workday platform, including its modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Reporting, and Integrations. Business Analysis: Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and convey complex information clearly. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment. Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles to effectively manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with IT, HR, and other departments to achieve common goals. Language: Proficient in Spanish and English (C1- C2 Level). Portuguese is a nice to have. Workday certification(s) preferred.
