**_IP ENGENIEER _**with work experiencie, and with the desire to join an important client

**_Responsibilities:_**
1. Deploy the project implement phase and product maintenance after commissioning (Record of participation on projects related to network build, equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance, transfer to operation).

2. Provide proactive guidance and positive attitude to work in under pressure environment.

3. Important role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.

4. Keep good in touch with the customer and organize the meeting regularly with customer, handling the problem, requirement and complain from customer.

**_Technical requirements:_**
- More than 2 years experience in technical position of IT/IP area (Roles related to technical support, engineering, design, support, O&M, etc - within project / team / company with data comunication equipment or services - Useful to get network type, brand, services, etc).
- Good knowledge about IP network, TCP/IP and OSI model. (Routing protocol, Cisco certification, data access, data transport, backbone network))
- Good knowledge in Operation System, such as UNIX, LINUX (Linux - Mainly related to IT project, or network management).
- Familar with IT/IP equipment, such as PC Server, Vitual Machine, Switch, Router.
- Key words: - Equipment - Datacom: Lanswitch, Router, BRAS, OLT - Equipment - IT: PC Server, Datacenter, Cloud, Virtual machine. - IP Protocol: BGP, OSPF, VLAN, MPLS (Check any other) - IT protocol: Middle ware, Operation system, SQL, Oracle
- CCNA certificate or equivalent is preferred.
- English intermediate.
