**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Don't miss out this opportunity to be part of the client service team as a senior associate, leading a team of 3 people, helping them improve daily, coaching them and supporting them.

You will also, be part and manage different projects, be a focal point for stakeholders and work in interesting projects.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Review and reengineer the existing process. Think of strategic solution to partner effectively with internal teams or external vendor sources to attain this.
- Leading, supporting and coaching a team of three people, who will report directly to you.
- Build strong partnership with internal stakeholders - Research, Technology, Reference data, Data Science and QR teams and harness the collaboration to deliver differentiating results and optimum client delivery.
- The role requires the individual to exhibit sound relationship management and communication with internal and external stakeholders, analytical problem solving, and teamwork and time management.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Team management experience
- More than 2 years of related work experience infinancial services.
- Client service experience and should be able to comprehend client queries.
- Ability to manage complex projects, implementation, & maintenance; largescale system migration and integration; and end-to-end process improvement for enhanced efficiency
- Quantitative and Analytical skills
- Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Strong knowledge of Alteryx, UI Path, Power BI etc.

**Work timing**:

- 10 am to 19 pm (We need to provide end of day closing at NY time)
