Key Responsibilities
- Learn the basics of hotel operating systems including PMS, CRS, Revenue Management.
- Conceptualize, Plan and execute all tests of software integrations through CLI Tools, Postman, and directly hotel system GUIs.
- Provide reporting on testing processes, completion rates, and success rates.
- Document defects and user stories for improvements.
- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings, client meeting, and solution design sessions.
- Train and mentor new employees as required.
- Maintain a close working relationship with other members of the Hapi technical and business teams.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.

Hard requirements
- Technical aptitude and ability to identify and resolve technical problems
- Ability to read and understand OpenAPI specifications
- Ability to interact with relational and non-relational databases
- Understanding of key concepts necessary to work within AWS
- Understanding of Java, Kotlin, and/or C#

**Bonus Skills**
- Familiarity with software integrations including technologies and methodologies, including REST, SOAP, WebHooks, OpenAPI Specs, and Authentication protocols.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies, especially Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Apigee, AWS, including API Gateway, SNS, SQS, Lambda, and RDS.
- Familiarity with SQL queries including Oracle, MySQL and Postgresql.
- Familiarity with non-relational database, specifically MongoDB.
