We are seeking a **Lead Salesforce Developer** to provide technical leadership and ensure high-quality code and architecture. In this role, you will lead code reviews, develop unit tests, and address technical challenges by proposing and implementing innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with team members, scrum masters, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and provide guidance on best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct code reviews, develop unit tests, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and implement innovative approaches.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and align with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality code and architecture.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce components.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and work with CI/CD tools for automated building, testing, and deployment.

**Required Skills**:

- Expertise in **Salesforce** development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
