**Main Purpose**
- Responsible for Occupational Medicine, Medical Department and Industrial Hygiene areas development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement at the Site.

**Your mission will be to**
- Ensure corporate Occupational Medicine and Industrial Hygiene guidelines, standards, and legal requirements compliance.
- Clear goals, follow-up, KPI, leading and lagging indicators, development, and digitalization.
- Ensure the implementation of the Occupational Health strategy, OM and IH trainings plans at all Zarate operations.
- Audits and ART/SRT representative.
- Support the operation of Active ingredients, FFP units, Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities, Utilities, In bound Logistics and Laboratories in all the OM and IH programs.
- Communication / negotiation with Union according to leadership alignments being member of Internal Safety & Industrial Hygiene committees.
- Participate in global and regional excellence centers for OM and IH, be referent in her/his areas.
- Lead with purpose, with mental agility, digital mindset, looking for improvements, teamwork, ONE PSS as way of work

**_Wellbeing program_**
- Responsible for Wellbeing program and house of health development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Annual Medical campaigns and events.
- Medical Department Coordinate occupational medicine services and outsources at the sites.
- Full Corporate and Argentina regulations compliance.
- Develop and execute the plans for legal and corporate medical exams for employees, brigade, evaluate aptitude according to tasks.
- Coordinate the evaluation of contractor's medical exams results by physician according to tasks. Implement and maintain all Occupational Medicine Programs.
- Administrate key KPI such as: medical absenteeism, medical licenses, medical controls, medical controls in house and evolution follow-up, etc. Coordinate executives' meetings with leadership.
- Guarantee, the development and implementation of Emergency response training and procedure, first aid, drills and all medical requirements.
- Guarantee personnel training in CPR and first aids.

**_Industrial Hygiene _**
- Ensure all positions SSHE evaluations.
- Reliable and solid technical information to support each evaluation.
- Coordinate Industrial Hygiene services at the sites.
- Responsible for exposure assessment according to position evaluations.
- Development and implementation of Industrial Hygiene annual plan (2000 monitoring aprox). Results analysis. Informs. Actions plan execution and follow-up, maps updated.
- Corporate and local regulations requirements and protocols full compliance.
- Implement and maintain all Industrial Hygiene Programs, ensuring all site positions evaluations updated.
- Ensure ergonomics Program implementation and maintenance.
- Ensure Global Harmonized System implementation and maintenance and FDS administration at the Site.
- Ensure chemical product management full compliance.

- Graduated in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environment, Human resources or similar with post-graduation or experience complementary: it could be in toxicology, Safety & Industrial Hygiene, ergonomics, labor relations or similar.
- Solid Industrial Hygiene knowledge and experience.
- Professional license plate in Safety and Industrial Hygiene 3 years at least, as experience in similar positions.
- Solid Health, union benefits, agreements, and Safety legal requirements knowledge.
- ISO 45001 knowledge and management
- Desirable: Integrated management system Auditor.
- Upper intermediate / advance English level.
- Lead with purpose, mental, change, people, and results agility
