**YOUR MISSION**:
Mural is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join the Payroll/Treasury/Accounting team. As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for both payroll accounting and general accounting duties.
This role will be a critical member of the team and will report directly to the Associate Payroll Manager. As part of this role, you will be directly responsible for:
- Preparing payroll accounting journal entries for Mural and other relevant accruals (variable compensation, paid time off) on a monthly basis
- Ownership of payroll balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Assisting in controlling benefit expenses together with estimating accruals
- Entering and managing equity transactions in the company's stock administration tool, with the goal of ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Ownership of the company's bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with other general accounting duties (accounts payable invoices, payment of vendor invoices, reconciling inter-company accounts)
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of professional experience in general accounting (general ledger, accounts payable), payroll accounting in international environments
- Proficient with equity accounting and experience managing a stock administration tool is a plus
- Excellent organizational, time management, and priority setting skills
- Deadline oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
- Flexible to meet changing priorities and the ability to prioritize workload to achieve on-time accurate results
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to effectively complete tasks with mínimal supervision
- You are use to working with globally distributed teams
- Must have experience with a large ERP system, Netsuite is a plus
- Proficient with Excel and Google sheets
- English/Spanish social and communication skills (verbal and written), across all level
